Leonardo Pareja, also known as Leo Pareja (born on June 18, 1982), is a real estate agent in Washington, DC. Pareja was awarded #1 Keller Williams Realty Agent in units sold nationwide 2010.[1] He was also named #5 in the Wall Street Journal top 1,000 real estate teams in 2011 and Top Latino Real Estate Agent in 2013 by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.[2][3] Additionally, he was featured in the June 2011 issue as Top 30 under 30 in Realtor Magazine.[4] He is the founding president of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professional's Washington DC Chapter.[5][6]
Family and early life[edit]
Pareja came to the United States in 1994 with Colombian born parents Reynaldo and Patricia Pareja and younger brother Andres Pareja. The family resided in Vienna,VA. Leo attended Madison High school and then graduated from George Mason University. He consulted with several mentors and acquired his real estate license. Leo, who was only 19 years of age, went to work for an investor who had just purchased a Keller Williams Realty franchise. He helped launch the franchise and handled day-to-day chores in his real estate investment company.
