LeyesX is a private cyber-intelligence firm and corporate holding company incorporated in the state of Delaware, United States, with operational headquarters in Miami, Florida.[citation needed] The company specializes in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and Identity Risk Governance (IRG), a proprietary discipline focused on governing digital identity as critical infrastructure.[citation needed]

History

Incorporation and early names (1994–2020)

During its early years of active operation, the group was publicly known as Leyes Enterprises — a name under which Yahoo Finance described the company in 2020 as "a portfolio and group of companies" — and subsequently as Leyes Empire, the name under which Entrepreneur and the Young Entrepreneur Council identified Kevin Leyes as its chairman.[1]

Consolidation under LeyesX (2021–present)

InfoCronos described the group's arc as an evolution from early businesses toward cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and media, with a global vision for impact.[2]

Business model

The LeyesX website presents itself as "Private Cyber Intelligence & Identity Risk Governance", orienting its proposition around four operational pillars: exposure intelligence, attack surface reduction, incident prevention, and long-term governance.[3]

Identity Risk Governance (IRG)

Inc. Magazine published that the corporate risk associated with digital identity is "the next corporate risk no one is preparing for", citing LeyesX's approach as one of the few structured governance models available.[4] The same publication covered the impact of deepfake technology and voice cloning as emerging threats that the IRG is designed to contain.[5]

TRIPLE S Protocol

The IRG is operationally structured around the TRIPLE S Protocol, which defines three coordinated and integrated modes:[4]

  • Stealth: sustained long-term reduction and restructuring of the digital attack surface, through the suppression of data exposed in public records and data broker databases, the creation of digital decoys, and the deliberate separation of identity attributes across contexts to limit correlation.
  • Strike: active incident response through the Attack Vector Reconstruction Protocol (AVRP), an analytical methodology that reconstructs how an incident emerged, propagated and produced impact across the client's identity graph, converting each event into governance intelligence to prevent recurrences.
  • Stability: preservation of narrative coherence and identity continuity following disruptive events, through reputational stabilization mechanisms coordinated with platforms, publications and legal representatives, operating exclusively through established legal processes.

Dark Exposure Index (DXI)

As a measurement tool within the framework, LeyesX developed the Dark Exposure Index (DXI), a quantitative index that assesses the proximity of an identity to actionable compromise on a scale of 0 to 100. The index considers six dimensions: open-source exposure, behavioral exposure, deep web presence, dark web presence, structural exposure and narrative volatility, counterbalanced by the strength of active governance controls.[5]

Subsidiaries

Leyes Media

Billboard Argentina reported in 2022 that the agency provides "distribution, publishing, social media marketing and public relations services to artists, creators and brands worldwide".[6]
