Liam Booth-Smith is a British political Special Adviser to the Chancellor of the Exchequer assuming the post after the February 2020 Cabinet Reshuffle after the merger of Special Adviser by Prime Minister Boris Johnson to form a Joint Economic Unit for both the Prime Minister and the Chancellor of the Exchequer.[1]
