Linda Ann Ha'i Clark is an American politician and a Democratic member of the Hawaii House of Representatives since 2021 representing District 13. Clark was appointed by Governor David Ige to replace her predecessor Lynn DeCoite, who Ige appointed to the state Senate District 7 seat.[1]
