Early life[edit]

Her father was a pilot[2] in the Vietnam War. She is the second of three daughters. Her father is half French and half Irish and met O'Neil's mother in Vietnam. O'Neil divided her time in high-school between athletics and modeling.[2]

O'Neil began her modeling career at age fifteen.[2] She has appeared as a bikini and fitness model in numerous hotrod and dirtbike calendars and magazines.[4]
O'Neil has also appeared in television commercials for MCI, Nike, Marriott Resorts,[4] FX Channel, Heineken, Virgin Cola, Mercedes-Benz, Vonage[5] as well as print ads and/or articles for the likes of Sony, Coors Light and Ironman Magazine[6] amongst others. She gained widespread popularity on the Internet after appearing on Lisa Boyle's website,[7] Foxes, Mystique Magazine, and on BlueNudes where she appeared in artistic nudes taken by photographer Tom Ruddock.[8] Linda still maintains her modeling career, but has become increasingly selective about the work she takes on.
