Liran Wizman (born 23 April 1976) is an Israeli real estate and hospitality entrepreneur based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He is the founder of GCH Hotel Group, owner and founder of Sircle Collection—previously Europe Hotels Private Collection, and co-founder/co-owner of the Entourage Group.[1]
Early life and education[edit]
Raised in Neds Ziona, Israel, Liran Wizman is the son of Meni and Rachel Witzman. He studied law and business at IDC Herzliya University.[2]
Career[edit]
While practicing law, Wizman was introduced to property investment and officially began his hotel career in 2004, when he founded GCH Hotel Group, a hotel management company and currently the largest hotel owner-operator group in Germany, with over 120 properties across Europe.[1]
In 2010, Liran started Europe Hotels Private Collection, now called Sircle Collection—a lifestyle hospitality company headquartered in Amsterdam and currently consisting of thirteen hotels across three brands.[3]
In 2015 Wizman co-founded the Entourage Group, a hospitality company, with his business partner and restauranteur Yossi Eliyahoo.[4]
In 2020, he added the Cover to the portfolio, a membership club for entrepreneurs, innovators, and the culturally curious. The club's philosophy is to enrich member’s lives in three key areas: business, wellbeing and community.[5]
Personal life[edit]
Wizman grew up in Ness Ziona, a city near Tel Aviv. After studying law and business at Herzliya University, he became the manager of an investment fund that buys, refurbishes, and operates properties. He moved to Amsterdam in 2004 and opened his own hotel, Park Centraal Amsterdam.
Wizman now owns sixteen hotels in six countries. He lives in Amsterdam with his wife, Eeke. They have three children.[2]
Awards[edit]
In 2017, Wizman won the Hospitality & Style Award by ‘’Entree Magazine’’.[6]
