Consecutive[edit]
- Most consecutive Constructors' Championship runner-up positions: 3 – Lotus (1960–1962); BRM (1963–1965); Ferrari (1996–1998); McLaren (1999–2001)
References[edit]
- ↑ McLaren-Mercedes was stripped of all their Constructors' Championship points. Had they kept their points, they would have finished second in the standings, a single point behind Ferrari. McLaren's lost points from the Hungarian Grand Prix (15 in total) are not counted in their total score (203 vs. Ferrari's 204). However, McLaren might have upheld their appeal had they not lost all points later in the season (which, if successful, would get them the top spot, with 218 points vs. Ferrari's 204).
