Singer Miley Cyrus's "Flowers" scored the longest-running song of the year, topping the chart for twelve non-consecutive weeks.[1]

The Spotify Global 200 is a chart that ranks the most-streamed songs in the world on the music streaming platform Spotify. Their data is based on the streams each song gets within a 24-hour period ending 04:00 (UTC) each day.[2] In 2023, five songs claimed the top spot in twelve weeks of Spotify Charts.

In 2023, American acts SZA, Miley Cyrus, Eslabon Armado, and Grupo Frontera, Colombian singers Karol G and Shakira, Mexican singer Peso Pluma, and Puerto Rican singer Bad Bunny have topped the chart, and all but Bad Bunny achieved their first global number-one song.

Miley Cyrus's song "Flowers" was the longest-running song of the year, having topped the chart for twelve non-consecutive weeks in 2023.[1] Eslabon Armado and Peso Pluma's "Ella Baila Sola" stayed at number one for three non-consecutive weeks,[3] while Grupo Frontera and Bad Bunny's "Un x100to" and SZA's "Kill Bill" topped the chart for two consecutive weeks.[4][5] Karol G and Shakira's "TQG" spend one week at the number-one spot.[6]
