Louis Asmo is a professional poker player from Columbus, Ohio. He won a World Series of Poker bracelet in 1997 in the $3,000 Limit Texas hold 'em event. Asmo's other notable finish came when he lost heads up against David Chiu in the 1999 Tournament of Champions of Poker. In a famous hand of the TOC, Chiu to mucked two kings face-up to Asmo's pre-flop re-raise. Asmo then showed that he did hold two aces.[1]
As of 2011, his total live tournament winnings exceed $580,000.[2]
