In the early morning of January 28, 2023, an express bus collided with a box truck on New York State Route 37 near Louisville. 6 people were killed by the crash; 3 others survived with significant injuries.[2]
Incident[edit]
The crash occurred at around 6:00 AM, and fifteen ambulances and 3 nearby hospitals were utilized in the aftermath. All of those killed were located in the express bus, which was seemingly affiliated with a company specializing in solar farms.[3] The involved box truck, a rented Penske truck[4] had one occupant. An investigation of the incident is underway by New York State Police.
