M3M India Limited is an Indian real estate company, founded on 1 April 2011 by Pankaj Bansal.[1][2] Mr. Pankaj Bansal is the current CMD of M3M India Pvt. Limited.[3][4][5] Its headquarters are located in Gurugram, Haryana. Investors in this company include financial institutions like HDFC Fund and ICICI Prudential AMC.[6][7][8]
History
M3M India Limited was established in 2011. It has projects in Nagpur, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, and Amritsar, among others. The M3M group owns approximately 2,000 acres of land in the National Capital Region. It is developing 16 projects, of which about 10 are residential.[3] It is a business partner of Donald Trump in India and has partnered with Swedish consulting engineer Sweco to develop India's first climate-neutral smart city in Gurugram.[9][10][11][12][13]
