Maheswar 5th Plan Primary School[1] (Bengali: মহেশ্বর ৫ম পরিকল্পনা প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়) is a state government run primary school in the village Maheswar, Gobrasara, Dinhata, Coochbehar, West Bengal, India. It was established in 1984. It is under the affiliation of West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

It is a secular school with Muslim and Hindu scholars.One of the leading government aided primary school under Dinhata west circle, DPSC Coochbehar, West Bengal. Founded in 1984, originally under the name Maheswar 5th Plan Primary school, school is a well established serving Maheswar's expatriates who wish to offer an National education to their children. The schools runs class pre-primary to class-V. The school promote learning, encourage responsibility and celebrate diversity. The main objective is to build good relations between students, teachers and parents.Main streams- Quality education, cleanliness and discipline, Health and Hygiene.
