Maithili Kabre (born 1983) is a handmade jewelry designer from Mumbai city in Maharashtra state of India.[1]
Career
Maithili started her handmade jewelry business in 2004. After graduating in Lifestyle Accessory Design from National Institute of Design, she established her fashion jewellery label "Swa" in 2009.[2] Thereafter, she launched her eponymous jewellery brand, labelled “Maithili Kabre Jewellery”.
She started this venture by offering moderately priced jewellery. Some of the known Bollywood personalities that she has designed jewellery for are Aishwarya Rai,[3] Aditi Rao Hydari,[4] Diana Penty.[5]
Personal life
Maithili Kabre married Ankan Mandal in 2009.
