A B.Sc. (Hons) Quantity Surveying graduate from the University of Pretoria, Mlangeni is a professional quantity surveyor who established Mandla Mlangeni Quantity Surveyors in 2002. The firm’s clients include Transnet, Anglo Platinum, Glencore, MTN, Barclays Africa and the South African Reserve Bank.
He has served as director and quantity surveyor on major infrastructure programmes, including the Transnet fuel pipeline, various mining projects for Anglo American, Kumba Iron Ore and Glencore’s Tweefontein mine.
