Biography
Mardin Faisal is an award-winning Iraqi architect. She received the Tamayouz Excellence Award in the architecture design field in 2015[1]. She studied at Cihan University in Iraq, Erbil, and is in partnership with Majed Alaa since 2018. Together, they have completed a lot of work in Iraq, especially in Erbil and Baghdad.[2]
Early Life
Mardin Faisal and her family were forced to leave Iraq and move to Syria because of the political situation at the time, which was largely due to sectarianism. At that time, the situation began to deteriorate in Iraq, and killings increased gradually. Mardin completed elementary and high school in Syria.[3]
Personal life
Mardin Faisal is a single and independent Iraqi architect.
