Maruf Anowar (born 25 October 2004) is an Bangladeshi born Italian entrepreneur and cricketer.[1]
Career[edit]
Maruf Anowar also founded a successful platform Italian Cricket TV[2][3][4][5].[6][7][8][9] , one of the most popular platforms for watching cricket in Italy.[10][11] [12]
The Italian Cricket TV platform was founded in 2019.[13] The platform and its social media handles on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube cater to thousands of Italian fans every day.[14][15] [16][17][18][19]
Cricket career[edit]
Maruf Anowar[20] also plays cricket for Roma Capannelle Cricket Club[21][22]
He has won the U13 championship for Roma Capanelle in 2018[23][24] but He did not have a good time with the bat in the European cricket series, He scored 3 runs in 2 matches though he didn't face too many balls[25] [26] [27][28] and later Maruf Anowar played some good cricket in 2021 and won the Young Player of the Year award[29]
