Mathias Ssemanda is a Ugandan public relations officer who serves as the Head of Digital Communications and Strategy at Makerere University, Uganda`s oldest University.[1][2][3][4]
Early life and education background[edit]
He was born in Bukomansimbi in Greater Masaka District.[5][6] He graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Development Studies from Makerere University and holds a Diploma in Law from Law Development Centre Kampala.[1][5]
Career[edit]
He has served as the Public relations Officer at Africell Uganda and in February 2018 he joined Makerere University as the Head of Digital Media Communications and Strategy.[1][5][3]
