She graduated from Makerere University in 2016 as a literature and English teacher. Annatalia Oze is married and she has a beautiful daughter but she doesn't expose the name of her husband.[1][4]
Work and experience[edit]
Nambooze did her teaching training at Kings College Buddo and Hannah international.[1] Oze joined the media world immediately after her Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education with the help of a local musician Karim Sava who connected her to Miles Rwamiti who was then working at Bukedde TV who took her to Vision Group and introduced her to Serunkuma who told her to wait until they open up an English TV station and that was urban TV. Miles took her to the department of the news writers where he introduced her to Sebidde Kiryowa who gave her the first task and was to cover the Mrs. Uganda Event and come up with an article. She recalls not writing a single word but friend Carol did the writing but she got a byline when the story featured in the paper.[1]
On urban TV, she concepted of an evening TV show called Skizzy which she didn't get a chance to host because it would run the show because it was to run for a full week yet she had joined Makerere University and it became had for her to balance the books and work. She drafted another concept for the show which was called campus 101 which got approved by the management and she started hosting the show on urban Television.[1] When the new urban TV management came, she went off the air due to unclear circumstances. She joined Record TV that is no longer in existence since Douglas Lwanga and Jack Star that where hosting Katogo had left the station a Television she worked for six months before joining Delta TV where she was hosted a night show called 256 Tubaale but the show was not successful because she wasn't good in music shows. After three months she received a phone call from a new television and this was spark TV to co-host a Luganda Live wire TV show with Peter Kafuko and Zahara Toto.[1][2] In 2018, Annatalia and Zahara Toto left spark TV to join NBS Television and this gave birth to a new show known as Uncut Kalakata and a weekend show known as Uncut Sabula.[5]
Annatalia also hosted a morning show on Balaam's radio but she left later. As a politician, she quit her NBS Television job in order to contest as a woman lord councilor in Rubaga North B in 2021 and unfortunately she lost the election to Nakiridde Solome Ssebina.[6][4][7][1][8] Annatalia has hosted a couple of high end events which include the Red carpet experience of the NTV Second Chance premier in 2016, and in 2017.
