Metcalf holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from James Madison University and a Master's of Business Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.[2][3]
Career[edit]
She founded Metcalf & Associates, Inc in 2001. It became the Innovative Leadership Institute in 2019. She is a Fellow with the International Leadership Association.[4]
She hosts an international radio show focusing on innovative leadership, co-creating our feature, also featured on Public Radio.[5][6]
She was named Outstanding Woman in Technology by Comspark in 2020, Top Ten Influential Leaders to Watch in 2020 by Business Site Magazine, Global Excellence Award: Most Outstanding Leadership Development Consultancy 2020 by Acquisition International, BizTech Executive of the Year 2019 by Business First, and ComSpark Power Player 2018, and 2019.[7]
