Maxcess International was formed in 1989 by Fife Manufacturing executives. After several decades of successful operation under the Fife Manufacturing name, investors and executives created Maxcess International as a holding company that would go on to acquire Fife Manufacturing.[1] Today, Maxcess International is the parent company to Maxcess Fife, Maxcess Tidland, Maxcess Magpower, Maxcess Webex, and Maxcess ValleyRoller.
