Rockefeller was born in Miami, Florida to a USN officer and his wife.[1] At the age of two, his family relocated to Tel Aviv, Israel, where he spent his early childhood.[1] Rockefeller was influenced by his grandfather.[1] At the age of 15 he moved with his family to the United States. Shortly after completion of Economy and Political Science, he founded the first company.[1] During studies he maintained various positions within family entities.[3]

In 2015, Rockefeller and Daniel Couts [4] founded the construction company named Rockefeller & Couts London which was later superseded by Rockefeller & Couts International.[1] The company provide construction and real estate services.[5][3] He and Couts also worked on philanthropic projects including The Grand Restoration of Salamis,[6][7] The Monegasque Association, and the Latvian Union.[1] In 2016, he initiated the idea of a multinational support committee which alongside Daniel Couts and Kyriakos Maridakis presented to H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco to promote Hellenic culture and Islands of Salamina.[8][9] In 2017, Rockefeller took part in the works for the establishment of the Hellenic-Israeli Union[1] and in 2019, he joined the Hellenic-American Union in Greece.[10]

He is also an active environmentalist[11] and focused on the reduction of the use of plastic.[4][12] In 2015, he visited Baikal Lake in Russia and publicly supported its protection.[13] In 2019, he attended a business forum in Moscow posing as a member of the Rockefeller Family. It was later reported by UAWire that this individual's bona fides were under question. [14] He also follows closely the movement of Greta Thunberg.[3]
