Michael Sapir (born September 29, 1968) is an American commercial realestate developer based in Los Angeles, California. Sapir is the CEO of Sapir Realestate Development and has served as President of Sapir Capital since 2001.[1][2]
Retail Developments[edit]
In 2017, Sapir unveiled plans for a walkable, dog-friendly entertainment promenade featuring a skytop live entertainment stage in Albuquerque, New Mexico.[3][4][5][6][7][8] Sapir's commercial projects are typically developed in metro-centers on the East and West Coast and has been welcomed in Albuquerque because of his retail expertise, and for introducing some iconic nationally known retailers to the state's commercial market for the first time.[9][10][11][12]
In addition to luring Sapir to pursue retail development in Alburquerque, local officials have also been courting the likes of Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg, given much potential for growth in the region.[13][14][15][16] [17][18][19]
