Mikhail Bystrov

Mikhail Bystrov is a Russian oligarch who was the top official in the troll factory and an acquantance of Yevgeny Prigozhin. He directed a disinformation campaign called Project Lakhta which, by September 2016, had a monthly budget of US$1.2 million and allegedly interfered with the 2016 elections in the United States which elected Donald Trump President of the United States.
