Mrs. Mikheil Nugzarovich Lomtadze (Georgian: მიხეილ ნუგზარის ძე ლომთაძე, born October 17, 1975, in Batumi, Georgian SSR) co-founder, shareholder, and chairman of the Board in Kaspi.kz.[2][3] According to Forbes he is the third richest businessmen of Kazakhstan, worth $3,9 billion[4][5][6]

Mikheil Lomtadze started business career in 1995.[7] In 2004, he became a Partner at Baring Vostok Capital Partnerss.[8] In 2006, Lomtadze became a member of the Board of Directors of Kaspi Bank, formerly Bank Kaspiyskiy JSC.[9] In 2007- 2018, he was a Chairman of the Management Board of Kaspi Bank.[10] In February 2013, Lomtadze acquired Kolesa Group for $15 million.[11] In 2014, he was awarded the government Order of Kurmet.[12] Since 2018 he has been a shareholder of Kaspi.kz.[13][14][15]
