Miss Continente Americano 2010, the 5th edition of the Miss Continente Americano pageant, was held in Guayaquil, Ecuador on September 18, 2010.[1] Giuliana Zevallos of Perú was crowned Miss Continente Americano 2010 by outgoing titleholder Lina Mosquera of Colombia at the end of the event.

- Argentina - Carla Conrradi resigned as Miss Mundo Argentina. The 1st runner up, Marianna Arambarry will be the new titleholder and Argentina's representative at Miss Continente Americano 2010.
- Mexico - Verónica Llamas was dethroned as Nuestra Belleza Zacatecas 2009 for posing topless in a magazine for men, so breaking a clause in the contract of Nuestra Belleza México, she also lost the right to represent Mexico in Miss Continente Americano 2010, and her replacement is Karla Carrillo.[22]
