Miss Grand International 2018 will be the 6th Miss Grand International pageant to be held on October 25, 2018 in Myanmar. María José Lora of Peru will crown her successor at the end of the event. Around 80 delegates from around the world will compete during the pageant.[1]

Background

The Miss Grand International Organization (MGIO) via Facebook confirmed[2] the date and host country for the pageant. This is the first time that Myanmar will be hosting the pageant. The pageant has moved out of Asia only once when the Miss Grand International pageant was held in Las Vegas, United States in the year 2016.][3] Other than Thailand, and Vietnam.[4] According to press conference on Friday, May 25, 2018 in Myanmar. The pageant is going to be held on Thursday, October 25, 2018, in The ONE Entertainment Park in Yangon, Myanmar[5][6]
