Mona Mathews is an Indian actress who has worked in television, webseries, ads, Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil films.
Early life
Mona Mathews was born in Kerala to a Christian family.
Career
Mona Mathews has appeared in numerous movies, including Hansal Mehta's Simran (film) which starred Kangana Ranaut, Solo (2017 film) which starred Dulquer Salmaan, Neha Sharma, Sai Tamhankar and upcoming movies Dhansika, Borivali Ka Brucelee alongside Ayesha Takia, Jaaten Juliet Remake alongside Sunny Leone, and Nanhe Einstein.
Mona Mathews has also played roles in the upcoming Hollywood film Hotel Mumbai as well as an indo-western film Perception, among others.
Mona Mathews is also a trained and professional Belly Dance Teacher from the Middle East, running her own Dance studio in Andheri West (Mad About Dance). She is also trained in other dance forms like Bollywood, Hip-hop, Contemporary, Jazz, Bharatnatyam and garba/dandiya. [1][citation needed]
Personal life
Mona Mathews is married and lives in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Her mother-in-law is her inspiration behind starting her acting career.[2]
