Morooka Masanori (Japanese: 師岡正典) (born in 1951) is a Japanese pen-and-ink drawing artist, who teaches "Pen-and-ink drawing" and "Pencil and water-colour drawing" classes at Asahi Culture Centre in Tachikawa; "Pen-and-ink drawing/Pen and water-colour drawing" classes at Asahi Culture Centre Tokyo, and other classes and also a representative member of Pen-comma-13 Association.[1]

- 1951 Born in Okutama-machi, Nishitama-gun, Tokyo, in 1951
- 1970 Attended Musashino Art School
- 1973 France L'École nationale surpérieure des beaux-arts de Paris、 studied painting under Jacques Yankel at Atelier Yankelアトリエ・ヤンケルで絵を学ぶ
- 1981 Began pen-and-ink drawing
- 1988 Began teaching Pen-and-Ink at Asahi Culture Centre Tachikawa.
- 1998 started "Pen Comma 13 Association" for those who are interested in pen-and-ink drawing「ペン・コンマ13の会」を設立、ペン画の普及を始める
- 2005 Began teaching "Pen-and-Ink pen wash drawing" at the Asahi Culture Centre in Tokyo.
