Muhammad Nabeel Shamim (born December 14, 1992) is a Pakistani-American entrepreneur, business strategist, and member of the Forbes Business Council. He is the founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of DigiReps, a U.S.-based remote staffing and technology solutions company, and the founder & CEO of Prodigy Solutions in Pakistan. He is recognized for building multimillion-dollar ventures across the United States and Pakistan and for his contributions to the remote workforce and digital outsourcing sectors.[1][2][3]
Early life and education
Shamim was born in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, on December 14, 1992.[1] He grew up in the Malir district of Karachi and later graduated in Business Administration from Iqra University.[2]
Career
Shamim began his professional journey in 2011 as a sales supervisor at VIA Connections.[2] In 2012, he worked as a team leader at the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, operating under the Ministry of Commerce. The following year, he served as director of operations at Sapphire Solutions before moving to the San Francisco based Nexus Executive Academy in 2014, where he worked as head of sales until 2015.[1]
In 2016, Shamim founded Prodigy Solutions, a Pakistan-based business development and IT services company that helped U.S. firms scale their operations with robust business development strategies and offshore teams.[1] Under his leadership, Prodigy Solutions supported several U.S. companies in achieving Inc. 5000 recognition.[2]
In 2021, he launched Digify Global, a full-service digital agency, followed by the establishment of CollabZone, a technology incubator and coworking space in Karachi, which operated from 2022 to 2025.[1]
In 2023, Shamim founded DigiReps in New York, a remote workforce and technology staffing company that connects American businesses with qualified global professionals.[2][3] The company provides remote sales, customer support, and technology teams, including software engineers, full-stack developers, UI/UX designers, and AI/ML engineers. Within two years, DigiReps grew into a multimillion-dollar enterprise under Shamim’s leadership, serving hundreds of U.S.-based clients.[1][3]
Forbes Business Council
In 2025, Shamim was inducted into the Forbes Business Council, an invitation-only community by Forbes recognizing successful entrepreneurs and leaders who demonstrate measurable business success and impact.[2][3][1] As part of the council, he contributes expert commentary and thought leadership articles to Forbes.com, focusing on entrepreneurship, sales, technology, and remote workforce management.[4]

In 2025, Shamim appeared on several shows hosted by Daniyal Sheikh, EncyclomediaHub, and FHM Pakistan, where he discussed his journey, entrepreneurship, mindset, and global team building.[1]

Personal life
Shamim resides between United States, UAE, and Pakistan. He is fluent in English and Urdu.[1]
