Mustafa Ali Hussain Azad, known as Mustafa Azad (born 28 January 1994) is an Indian television and cinema film actor. He debuted with a DD National show called Krantijyoti Savitribai Phule[1] in 2016 as Rishi Bannerji.
Krantijyoti Savitribai Phule is an Indian historical drama television series directed by Rupesh D. Gohil and produced by RDG Productions Pvt.Ltd. The drama, aired on Doordarshan National, is based on the life of Savitribai Phule. He played a negative character as underworld Don Hilal dama under Zee Talkies Shivdarshan Sable Productions Marathi cinema Lagi toh Chagi which is releasing in August 2017.
Early life
Mustafa became interested in acting in childhood. He completed his education at Cambridge International School in Indore, and pursued a degree in Commerce at Renaissance College of Commerce in Indore. He then joined Nepathya Nathya Samuh theatre to act in experimental plays. He also acted in a number of local advertisements in Mumbai, as well as featuring in music videos.
Personal life
Mustafa Azad began his career with his luck in politics against corruption in 2015 in MLA election and he also worked in several gyms as a fitness trainer and expert. After giving up on all things, he started following his passion, dreams, and aim to become a successful actor. His family supported him and he came to Mumbai and started struggling, and got a chance as an actor in his first advertisement for Abbott Laboratories in 2015.
