Nacelle (film producer)
Nacelle Company is an American television and film producer, based in the United States.[1]
History[edit]
The Nacelle Company was founded in 2017 by Brian Volk-Weiss.[2] The company also owns Comedy Dynamics which was founded in 2008 by Brian Volk-Weiss.[3]
In September 2021, Nacelle Company partnered with Paul Frank to produce a television show based on their characters.[4]
In February 2022, the company started a toy division and introduced a new line of Robo Force action figures based on the original toy line from 1984.[5] In 2022, The Nacelle Company revived two 1980s lines, Robo Force and Sectaurs, with new action figure lines that honor the rich history of their 80s predecessors.[6] In addition, the company released the Legends of Laughter, which immortalizes iconic comedians such as Joan Rivers, Bill Hicks, and Lenny Bruce as 7.5-inch action figures.[7]
