Nandanandan Das is an Indian civil engineer[1] and retired Secretary of works under Government of Odisha .[2][3] He has executed massive road projects like Rourkela-Sambalpur State Highways. He has also constructed several housing projects for Government of Odisha. Concepts like 'Road Safety Measures', 'construction /maintenance of road project' and 'Building Defects with Remedies' formulated by him for Government of Odisha has been widely circulated among the Government departments and are being used as guides. He presented new concepts of RCC slab casting for for long lasting buildings.[4] He has written several books on Engineering & Philosophy both in English and Odia . About 400 articles by him has been published in various Magazines and Journal . He has also been writing as a columnist in several Newspapers .[5]
