Nasiruddin Patwary (Bengali: নাসীরউদ্দিন পাটোয়ারী) is a Bangladeshi politician who is currently serving as the Chief Coordinator of National Citizen Party (NCP)[1][2][3][4] and convener of Jatiya Nagorik Committee (JNC).[5]
Political career
He was a member of the liaison committee formed on 5 August 2024 by the Students Against Discrimination following the resignation of Sheikh Hasina.[6] One of the committee's initial responsibilities was to recommend a list of advisers for an interim government.[7]
Subsequently, he became the Convener of the Jatiya Nagorik Committee, established on 8 September 2024.[8]
On 28 February 2025, with the formation of the National Citizen Party, he assumed the role of Chief Coordinator of the party.[9]
