Nathoo Khan
Nathoo Khan (1920 – 1971) was a sarangi player from Pakistan. [1]
Early Life
Khan was born in 1920 in Amritsar.
Career
Khan first learned sarangi from his uncle Ferozdin and other family members. Later he became a disciple of Ahmadi Khan and Maula Bakh. He was also a staff artist at Radio Pakistan and has accompanied great vocalists of his time, including Bade Ghulam Ali Khan, Nazakat and Salamat Ali Khan, Ashiq Ali Khan, Roshan Ara Begum, and Umeed Ali Khan. Death
Khan died in 1971 at the age of 51 in Lahore. [4]
