Enaruna Edosomwan, (born November 15 1983) is a Nigerian reggae-dancehall singer and song writer. He goes by artistic name Naxis Dg.
Early life and education[edit]
He is the fifth born of born of eight siblings, during school days in Benin city, he started singing with various choir groups in churches, to finally emerge in 2009. He was a student of Garrick Memorial secondary school.
Musical career and awards[edit]
He is one of the most successful youngest artist from Benin city in Edo state, with national hit songs[1] were positively reviewed by music critics.
Awards[edit]
In 2018, he was awarded the monarchs Obaland Awards, also known as Africa Grammy, under the international category of “Obaland Royal Awards” for Best Nigerian Afro beat song writer [2][3] Honour[4] with other mainstream reggae artistes like Jah Cure, Chronixx, Busy signal, Damian Marley,Shatta Wale,Winning Jah[5]and others.
