Netigate was founded in 2003 by Victor Molander, Gustaf Ekelund, Jakob Freudenthal and Thomas Nyström. The company is a provider of cloud-based services (SaaS) for professional online surveys, primarily used for customer satisfaction, employee engagement and market research. The company is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden with offices also in Oslo and Frankfurt, and operations around the world.
Clients range from startups to global companies in all industries, including many leading companies around the world such as Electrolux, Ericsson, Vodafone, E.ON and Schenker Deutschland AG..[1].
Netigate has been awarded and nominated for several business trophies and recognitions for company growth, innovative capacity and successful entrepreneurship.[2]
History[edit]
Netigate began trading in 1999 as INCH AB, founded by Viktor Molander and Gustaf Eklund, with office on Linnegatan, Stockholm. The following year, Jakob Freudenthal and Thomas Nyström joined the company. The first survey was launched in 2003 and two years later the product changed name to Netigate, a trademark registered in Sweden, EU and US.
In 2008, Netigate GmbH was founded in Germany, opening an office in Wiesbaden[3]
In 2010, a new office for the German division of the company opened in Berlin.
In 2013 an office was opened in Oslo for operations in Norway[4]
In 2014 Dariush Ghatan joined the Netigate Board. Ghatan was former COO of 3C Communications, a telecom business and also founder of Innovation and Opportunity firm Googol[5]
Tobias Thalbäck was promoted to CEO in 2014, from his previous position, VP Sales of Netigate.[6]
In 2017, Saeid Mirzaie joined as CEO.
In 2018 the company expanded into a larger office in Stockholm, Sweden and opened a larger office in Frankfurt, Germany.
Products and services[edit]
Netigate is an integrated DIY solution for all types of customer feedback and employee feedback. The company offers easy access to panels, and the opportunity to integrate market research in a solution package. Account access comes with various ready-to-use templates that let customers start their own survey instantly. A report function lets you see, share and export results with the click of a button. Netigate also offer Professional Services for additional, optional expert support with survey design, analysis and identification of actionable insights.
