Nike Ogunlesi is the founder and Chief Responsibility Officer of the Nigerian children’s clothing manufacturer and retailer Ruff 'n' Tumble. She is a non executive board member at Lafarge Africa.[1]
Early Life and Education[edit]
Adenike was born to Betty Okuboyejo, who owned fashion label ‘Betti-O’.
She started studying law at the Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, Kaduna State in Northern Nigeria before dropping out to pursue a career in fashion.[2]
Career[edit]
Nike started her fashion career while in the second year of her education at the Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria. She dropped out of school to work in her mother's afrocentric clothing business in Ibadan, Oyo State.
She started making other types of children clothing like jeans, t-shirts, and skirts for her children. As her business grew, she started selling the clothes to other mothers with kids at the playgroup.

Nike is married with children. She is the mother of fashion designer Mowalola Ogunlesi.
