Omogboye Saheed Ayodeji is a Nigerian real estate entrepreneur and business executive.
Background and education[edit]
Ayodeji was born and raised in Ore, Odigbo Local Government area of Ondo State.[1] He had his primary and part of my secondary education was in Ore.[2] He has his tertiary education was in Abeokuta where he attended Federal College of Education, Abeokuta and he attained an NCE in 2005.
Career[edit]
He started his career as a teacher in 2006 at Ado Odo Ota Ogun state.[1] He began a career in real estate in 2017. In his aim to address Nigeria’s housing deficit, he constructed over 1,000 housing units and engaged over 20,000 registered realtors.[3][4] placed strong emphasis on building a strong network, staying informed about market trends, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a strong online presence, specializing in a specific area, following ethical standards, seeking mentorship, improving ones skills and knowledge on the real estate industry.[5][6][7] company AYhomes and Properties took part at the UK Property Exhibition Investor Show in London, showcasing their prime real estate offerings and connecting with potential buyers, investors, and partners.[8] And the lauded the influx of foreign investors into the Nigerian real estate space.[9][10] He asserted his reliance on green building practices because of it’s energy conservation, waste reduction, and other sustainability-related advantages.[11]
Omogboye was recognized by being nominated for the Scream Awards. He was also nominated at the Esteem Awards.[12]
Controversy[edit]
His company AY Homes was accused of being used by landgrabbers to scam aboriginals of their plots of land in Lagos in 2022.[13]
