Nikolai (Mykola) Udianskyi (Ukrainian: Микола Удянський, born May 22, 1983, in Kharkiv, Ukraine) is a Ukrainian IT entrepreneur, cofounder of Coinsbit cryptocurrency exchange,[citation needed] and the creator of Bitcoin Ultimatum (Bitcoin-fork).[1][unreliable source]

Biography[edit]

In 2009 he graduated from Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University, in 2019 — from Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. In 2019 he defended his PhD in Law.[2][3]

In 2013, he founded the IT Prof-It, a company that develops cryptocurrency exchanges and other blockchain IT products. In 2014, he founded Assur Insurance Company.[4][5][unreliable source]

He also founded Coinsbit.io cryptocurrency exchange.[citation needed] The exchange was named "The Best Trading Platform Launched in 2018" at Asian Blockchain Life in 2019.[6][unreliable source?]

In January 2020, Udianskyi and Coinsbit exchange organized the “CHAIN 2020” conference in Hong Kong with almost 14000 attendants.[7][unreliable source]

In February 2020, the Prof-It Company, founded by Udianskyi, with the support of the cryptocurrency exchange Coinsbit created a Bitcoin fork named "Bitcoin Ultimatum".[1][unreliable source][8][unreliable source]

Udianskyi founded the residential complex EVO country club — a village in the suburbs of Kharkiv for living and work of IT specialists.[9][10]
