Noomane El Fehri (Arabic: نعمان الفهري, born: 8 June 1965, Nabeul, Tunisia) is a Tunisian politician and engineer. He was the Minister of Communication Technologies and the Digital Economy.[1]
Early life and education[edit]
El Fehri was born on 8 June 1965 in El Mida, a town in the Nabeul Governorate.[2]
