Northpoint is an apartment building in Pattaya, Chonburi Province, Thailand.
Located in Wong Amat, the building comprises freehold residential condominiums and was topped off in December 2008[1] and finished in 2010.[2] It consists of two towers, the 54-floor South Tower and the 46-floor North Tower. The south tower is the 24th tallest building in Thailand.[citation needed]
The project is being developed by Raimon Land PLC and won the 2008 Best Condo Development- Eastern Seaboard category of the Thailand Property Awards.[3]
