Nuclear Fatwa under International Law (Persin:فتوای هسته ای از منظر حقوق بین الملل) is a book in international law written by Jaber Seyvanizad. The book considered with the importance of Iranian leader's edict on non-using of nuclear weapons in Iranian program.

Description[edit]

The book considered with legal analysis of points about the religious edict of Sayyed Ali khamenei.[1] The fatwa has dimesions and consequences for international law such a way that some articles analyzed it .[2] In other word, the author tries to show the characteristics and potentialities of the fatwa from international law. According to brooking’s report, the fatwa has eminent role on the nuclear program of Iran and could be considered as an obstacle against acquisition of nuclear weapons.[3] Jaber also try to argue for the superiority of nuclear fatwa legal system on the prevalent legal system.[4] One of those capacities by fatwa known as peace solution and security.[5]
