Nulab was founded in 2004 with its headquarters located in Fukuoka, Japan.[3] In 2006, the company opened its Tokyo, Japan office.[2] It also has locations in Kyoto, Japan, New York City and Singapore.[4]
In 2017, Nulab received seed funding to the tune of US$887,000 from East Ventures to expand into Europe and further into North America.[5]
