Swift Xi Inc is an American-Japanese joint venture firm between Swift Engineering and Kobe Institute of Computing established in April 2018. It is located in Kobe, Japan and provides aerospace engineering services.[3]

The Chairman/CEO of the company is Hiro Matsushita, a Businessperson, Japanese former racing driver and the grandson of the founder of Panasonic, Kōnosuke Matsushita[4]
Nick Barua[edit]
The COO of the company is Nick Baura, an award-winning Business Executive, Entrepreneur and Physicist working in the executive office. He is the current COO of Swift Xi Inc., a position he has held since April 2018. After earning a BSc degree in Physics from Yale University, Nick attended the California Institute of Technology and received an MSc in Astrophysics before joining Johnson Space Center (JSC) as a Physicist.[5]
