Nuri Katz is an American businessman from Washington, D.C.. who has done business internationally, notably in Canada, Russia and the Caribbean. He is a government consultant, real estate developer, and expert on immigration matters.
Katz was born in the United States and grew up in Israel and Canada before settling in Moscow for nearly two decades. During his time in Russia, he founded multiple companies including the master franchise for Century 21 Russia,[1] Kazakhstan and the Ukraine. He also founded and led Apex Capital Partners, an advisory firm with several international locations that specializes in government consultation, citizenship by investment, property development, and wealth management.[2]
Apex Capital Partners[edit]
Nuri Katz Founded Apex Capital Partners in 1993. In 2015 Katz successfully sold the Russian division of Apex Capital Partners. Katz is a licensed member of The Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC),[3] the governing board of Canadian immigration consultants. He is also a government-authorized citizenship representative in the twin-island nations of St. Kitts & Nevis and Antigua & Barbuda in the Caribbean,[4] and licensed by the Nevis Financial Services Regulatory Commission as a registered agent for International Business Companies (IBCs), trusts and foundations.[5]
Philanthropy[edit]
Nuri Katz has been involved in various philanthropic and non profit work. He has been on the board of governors of the NCSEJ since 2006.[6]
Additionally he has provided philanthropic assistance[7] to numerous governments around the world, including fundraising for victims[8] of multiple hurricanes in 2017.
