Nutri-iQ is a smartphone app that allows users to create a personalised meal plan based on their daily calorie and dietary needs. The Smart Planner feature adapts serving sizes for selected recipes to achieve a daily calorie total that always matches the users' daily calorie goal.
Nutri-iQ utilises the basic principle of calorie balance (calories in, calories out) to aid users in managing and maintaining their weight.
History
Nutri-iQ was founded in 2017 by James Gale. It was initially intended as a web-based software available to personal trainers to create meal plans for their clients.
In 2020, Nutri-iQ was redeveloped as a smartphone app aimed at end-users.
