Nwadavid Charles is a Nigerian Businessman who is the founder and CEO of ChaviD Properties Limited, a real estate development firm.[1][2]
Early life and career
Charles was born and raised in Lagos State, Nigeria, but is from Enugu State.[3] He has a degree in accounting from the University of Abuja[4] and a construction project management certification from Columbia University. His career in the real estate sector began as a rental agent, then evolved into a real estate developer.[5] In 2016, Nwadavid Charles founded ChaviD Properties Limited,[6] named after a combination of his names.[7][8] The company has an ambitious goal of constructing 80,000 housing units, with 30,000 units intended for Nigeria and 50,000 units distributed across major cities worldwide.[9][10]
Charles has received recognition and awards for his leadership and contributions to society. These include the Nelson Mandela Leadership Award of Excellence and Integrity, the Pan African Award,[11] The Guardian Award.[12]
