Ocient was co-founded by Chris Gladwin in 2016, along with Joe Jablonski and George Kondiles.[2][3][4]
The company was initially self-funded with a $10 million A-round in 2018, followed by an extended A-round of $15 million in 2020.[5]
In January 2021, Ocient received $40 million in a Series B funding round.[6][7][8][9][10]
The company mainly provides hyperscale data analytics solutions.[11]
