Oke Maduewesi is a Nigerian business entrepreneur and cosmetologist. She is the founder of Zaron Cosmetics.[1]

Background[edit]

She holds a degree in Economics, from Edo State University, and a Masters degree in Business Administration from University of Leeds.[2] She rose to the rank of a Senior Branch Manager at Zenith Bank[3] before resigning to start Zaron Cosmetics in 2011.[4]

She and Tara Durotoye have advocated with other stakeholders to fight piracy, counterfeiting, and intellectual property theft in NIgeria.[5][6][7]

Personal life[edit]

Oke has two daughters, Zara and Ona after whom she named Zaron.[3] She lost her husband in the 2005 Sosoliso plane crash.[8]
