One&Only Resorts
One&Only Resorts was founded by Sol Kerzner in 2002 as a subsidiary of his Kerzner International brand. Their first resort, One&Only Le Touessrok, was a renovation of Le Touessrok, which had been in Mauritius since 1975.[1][2] One&Only Reethi Rah was built in the Maldives in 2005, and was One&Only’s first purpose-built property.[3]
